Error Message

The following error will be seen as well as the Role Change showing as NULL:

Operation failed while changing User Role

 

Cause

DomainID value is Null in the EmailAcct table for the account.

Resolution

Open a Support case with Veritas to update the DomainID value in the backend.

Issue/Introduction

Operation failed while changing User Role is seen when trying to change a User Role or assign accounts to a reviewer in Manage.
