Cause
This report was newly implemented, in March of 2019. It does not provide reporting data for any period prior to the release of this feature.
Resolution
When running this report, do not specify a date prior to March 2019
Issue/Introduction
The Number of users enabled/Users Disabled report, within the Service Usage reporting section of the Veritas Alta View Compliance & Governance console, does not display any data prior to March 2019
