There may come a time, where a user needs access to the Built-In Admin account, because all previous administrators have left the company.
In this scenario, the user may request access by opening a case with Support, and sending the request on company letterhead. The letter should come from a C level executive, or anyone listed as a system admin, within the account
The letter should clearly state that the user is requesting Support to provide the credentials for the Built-in Admin account.
As Support has no access to the current password for the Built-in Admin, this request will require Support to create a temporary password.
The user will be required to set a new password after they have logged in successfully with the temporary password.
