U.S. Customers on the Arctera Insight Surveillance (previously Veritas Alta Surveillance) may be regulated by FINRA /SEC and required by law to archive all email correspondence. Arctera Insight Surveillance is a 3rd party application used by financial organizations to archive/backup emails. Customers may need to provide a 3rd party attestation letter to FINRA and the SEC on an annual basis that states Arctera is in fact actively archiving emails for these organizations.
