Description
Only accounts with the administrator role are currently able to be added to the Report Subscriptions in the Veritas Alta Archiving Administration console. These reports include:
- Customer Weekly Summary
- Summary of Unprovisioned Archive Accounts
- Customer Journal Warning
To add additional users to these reports, complete the following steps:
- Create an e-mail distribution list containing the users that need to receive the reports.
- Sign in to the Veritas Alta Archiving Manage console as an administrator.
- Expand the Configuration tab and click on Account Management.

- Create a new account by clicking on the Archives tab and clicking on New Archive.

- Enter a unique First Name and Last Name such as "Report Subscription".
- In the Primary email address field, enter the e-mail address of the distribution list.

- Click the Save button.
- Assign the Role of any Built in Administrator roles(preferably System Administrator) to the account from Assign Accounts.
- Log out of the administration console.
