Description

Only accounts with the administrator role are currently able to be added to the Report Subscriptions in the Veritas Alta Archiving Administration console.  These reports include:

  • Customer Weekly Summary
  • Summary of Unprovisioned Archive Accounts
  • Customer Journal Warning

To add additional users to these reports, complete the following steps:

  1. Create an e-mail distribution list containing the users that need to receive the reports.
  2. Sign in to the Veritas Alta Archiving Manage console as an administrator.
  3. Expand the Configuration tab and click on Account Management.

  1. Create a new account by clicking on the Archives tab and clicking on New Archive.

  1. Enter a unique First Name and Last Name such as "Report Subscription".
  2. In the Primary email address field, enter the e-mail address of the distribution list.

  1. Click the Save button.
  2. Assign the Role of  any Built in Administrator roles(preferably System Administrator) to the account from Assign Accounts.
  3. Log out of the administration console.
