Connection Status: Impersonation permission not granted
This issue can be due to the version of CloudLink not supporting the version of Exchange server that you are attempting to run validation on. (i.e. Archive Tools Cloudlink 3.3 running against Exchange 2016)
It can also be due to populating the Email Address column for the affected Exchange server with an address that does not exist on the affected Exchange server.
Verify that the version of CloudLink being used is compatible with the version of Exchange on the affected server by reviewing the Arctera Unified Platform compatibility list.
If you have verified that the version of CloudLink is compatible with the version of Exchange then verify that the email address associated with the affected server actually exists on the affected Exchange server.
When performing a Run Validation on newly added Exchange servers in the Web Folder Management Configuration section of the Archive Tools CloudLink Configuration Tasklist the Connection Status will report 'Impersonation permission not granted'.
