To automate bulk provisioning of users, consider uploading a list of users by providing the Arctera Unified Platform team a list of users in .CSV format. We have made some changes to the template. Please see the Arctera Unified Platform - User Upload Template (.CSV) attached to this article. Attach the completed template in an e-mail to your assigned Implementation Project Manager or our Customer Support team.

• Please be sure to include any e-mail aliases so that e-mail will be archived appropriately for those users.
• Please do not include the Primary Email in the Aliases column.
