Cause
Proxy Server or Firewall blocking CloudLink connecting to the Cloud Archive
Resolution
1- If a Proxy Server is required to connect to the wider Internet, ensure that the Proxy settings are correct in the Internet Options settings in IE
2- Determine which Data Center the archive is hosted on, add the below URL(s) to be allowed through the Firewall/Proxy Server:

ws.mia.archivecloud.net
Americas - US3
wsweb.us3.archivecloud.net
APJ - AU1
ws.syd.archivecloud.net
EMEA - EU1
ws.ams.archivecloud.net

wsweb.uk1.archivecloud.net
3- To verify that connectivity is successful, go to the following URL(s) for the Data Center that your archive is hosted on and ensure you can browse to the page:
